The De-Fenders.
'Surf' band? These guys are probably from the United States of America. I don't feel the need to look into these guys really, perhaps they will be for you, , , ?
Drag Beat.
More automobile rock than surf rock, which, sadly, is what a good portion of 'surf' rock actually is. Title song is pretty rocking, being focused primarily on a drum beat with added variations, it's good. The rest of the album falls into something of an 'alright' category. I must say this is not really phenomenal work.

The Atlantics - Bombora
The Atlantics.
Australian surf rock band from Sydney. They go a little more out than other surf bands I've heard. Nice guitar work from these gentlemen.
Bombora.
This is the best surf album I've yet heard, better than anything by the Ventures (Yes, even In Space). The title track is really the only thing they were known for, I'm pretty sure.
